Revelton Distillery

Revelton Distillery is a craft spirits producer located in Osceola, Iowa, operating on 10 acres of land just off Interstate 35. Founded by Rob and Christi Taylor, the distillery was inspired by a visit to the Kentucky Bourbon Festival, where the owners developed a passion for whiskey and recognized the untapped potential of Iowa's world-class corn. The company has since grown into a family-operated business with deep ties to the local agricultural community, sourcing corn and other grains directly from Iowa farms.

Revelton produces a diverse portfolio of hand-crafted, small-batch spirits, including vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon, white whiskey, honey spirits, and cream liqueur. Its flagship distillation equipment includes a custom-made 33-foot tall Vendome column still, nicknamed 'Lucy,' as well as a Kentucky-built Vendome gin still — both sourced from the renowned Vendome Copper & Brass Works in Louisville, Kentucky. These premium stills enable the distillery to craft spirits with distinctive character and consistent quality across its full product range.

The vodka lineup includes Revelton Vodka, a premium Iowa corn-based spirit distilled in small batches, and Revelton Honey Vodka, which incorporates southern Iowa honey for a wildflower aroma with subtle vanilla and citrus notes. The gin portfolio features the gold medal-winning Revelton American Gin, crafted with 12 botanicals and a citrus-forward profile; the award-winning Revelton Mulberry Gin, inspired by Iowa's countryside mulberry trees; and the Revelton Barrel Rested Gin, aged in whiskey barrels to create a hybrid flavor profile appealing to both gin and whiskey enthusiasts.

The whiskey and bourbon offerings are equally notable. Revelton Rye Whiskey is made with a mash bill of at least 51% rye, Iowa corn, and malted barley, aged in charred oak barrels for spicy, caramel-laced character. The Single Barrel Bourbon uses locally sourced Iowa corn and rye, with each bottle drawn from a single hand-selected barrel at peak flavor maturity. Revelton Honey Whiskey, an international triple gold medal winner, blends aromatic honey with aged bourbon-style whiskey for a dessert-inspired tasting experience. The Whiskey & Cream Liqueur combines sweet Iowa corn whiskey with cream for an iced coffee and mocha flavor profile. Revelton Shine is an unaged white whiskey that showcases the natural grain-forward sweetness of Iowa-sourced ingredients.
