Services & Capabilities

NewTree's patented technology uses yeast to digest the sugar of most fruit or vegetable juice concentrates while maintaining the brilliant color, acidity and nutrient profile of the original fruit. We have a manufacturing facility in Traverse City, MI that is FDA inspected and approved, Third-party audited, and currently operational.

NewTree has three go to market strategies:  1. As an ingredient supplier who sells De-Sugared fruit juice to clients for use in their formulations. 2. For clients who already utilize fruit juice concentrate, we can use their contract pricing and De-Sugare their concentrate for a fee.  3. For the largest of clients, we can partner and license our technology for use onsite at any manufacturing facility in the world.
